This item concerns debris and material removal during construction work. Contractors are required to keep the work premises clean and orderly, removing all debris as it accumulates. Any materials and equipment removed and replaced as part of the work will belong to the contractor, unless the RFP #025-011 response states otherwise. This item is currently under review.
