The City of Ocoee is planning to install a new water main and a sewer force main to serve the FC 429 Property and adjacent City Property. This project includes installing one tee and one valve for both the water main and the sewer force main. The City will cover all costs for the installation and ongoing maintenance of these public utilities. This project is currently under review and represents an early opportunity for local contractors.
