3. Easement Terminations and Landscape Buffer

FC 429, LLC is proposing to terminate shared and cross access easements and preserve a west boundary landscape buffer. This project is currently under review by the City of Ocoee. The work will involve FC 429, LLC developing and constructing a dedicated access road from Fuller's Cross Road and Ocoee-Apopka Road at its own expense. Additionally, FC 429, LLC will preserve existing trees in the west side 10-foot Orange County Drainage Easement during construction and will seek a PUD amendment to waive the existing buffer condition. This early stage means contractors, suppliers, and service providers can engage now to understand the project scope and potentially secure future work. Early outreach before final site plans, bids, and permits are settled offers a competitive advantage.
