A commercial and office development is planned for approximately 3.8 acres located on the south side of Fullers Cross Road and west of Ocoee-Apopka Road. The project, known as Fullers Cross Commercial PUD, is currently under review by the City of Ocoee. This development will include two access points: a main entrance with full access off Fullers Cross Road and a second entrance for right-in/right-out access from Ocoee Apopka Road. The project involves revising a previous agreement to allow for the full access entrance on Fullers Cross Road. This early stage in the public process means that site plans, bids, and permits are still being settled. Contractors, suppliers, and service providers in site preparation, grading, utility work, paving, building construction, and landscaping could find opportunities.
