The City of Ocoee is planning to amend its budget for the fiscal year October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. This budget amendment includes significant increases in appropriations for several funds. Notably, the Recreation Impact Fund will see an increase of $300,000 for park impact fee credits related to the Ocoee Crown Point Mixed Use development. Additionally, the Road Impact Fund will increase by $387,130 for new road improvement costs, also tied to the Ocoee Crown Point Mixed Use development.
