[Lake Eola Park and The Grove in the Packing District; case RFP25-0113 (for Lake Eola Master Plan), IFB26-0024 (for Dog Park at The Grove Project)] The City Council approved the authorization for the Chief Procurement Officer to negotiate a design-build services contract with Wharton-Smith, Inc. for the implementation of the Lake Eola Master Plan. The initial phase of enhancements will focus on three key projects to improve water quality: relocating the swan boat dock, constructing a walkway behind the amphitheater, and completing additional drainage improvements potentially involving seawall modifications.
