This item concerns the creation of a Segment 1 Loan for the design, permitting, and construction of Segment 1. The loan will be funded by OCW and repaid by the CRA using available TIF funds. Repayment will begin after the City's Final Acceptance of Segment 1. The scope of work will involve design and engineering services, permitting processes, and the eventual construction of Segment 1.
