The Special Magistrate of the City of Pembroke Pines met to review several agenda items. Two development proposals were discussed that could create future opportunities for local businesses. One is a planned 10-acre commercial development near University Drive and Stirling Road, including retail and office spaces. The other is a proposed 10-acre residential development near Pines Boulevard and Palm Avenue, which would include 150 units.
