The City of Pensacola is reviewing priorities and an implementation plan for the Westside Project. This initiative includes updates on several programs and projects such as the Small-Scale Rental Development Program Policy, Gibson School, Alice Williams Rehabilitation Project, Residential Property Improvement Program, Resiliency Program, and Commercial Property Improvement Program. Additionally, there are updates on HBA infill projects at 2300 W.E. Jackson Street and 1491 N. E Street, and redevelopment efforts at 2305 and 2301 W. Cervantes Street. The city is also developing a Predevelopment Program and has a Baptist demolition project underway.
