The City of Pensacola's Community Redevelopment Agency is considering funding for several streetscape and revitalization projects. These include the Mixed Use Grocery Development Streetscape, Alcaniz Streetscape Revitalization (Garden to Bayfront) with design and crosswalk construction, and the Wright & Alcaniz Area Garden & Alcaniz Revitalization. Additionally, there are proposed improvements for the Bayfront Trail. These projects are currently under review as part of the agency's operating expense appropriations. The work could involve site preparation, grading, underground utility work, paving, and landscaping.
