3. Skanska USA Civil Southeast Inc. Righ of Entry Agreement

The City of Pensacola has approved a Memorandum of Agreement with Skanska USA Civil Southeast Inc. regarding the use of the Wayside Park Parking Lot. Skanska will pay the City $275,000.00 to cover the completion of punch list items identified after their bridge construction staging. This agreement is considered closed, with Skanska's obligations met. The City will use these funds to complete the remaining repairs, which include asphalt, concrete, striping, parking stops, sewer force main repairs, irrigation, and electrical/lighting elements. This project is currently in the final stages of agreement closure, with the City responsible for completing the identified work. Local contractors, suppliers, and service providers for site preparation, concrete, paving, electrical, and landscaping services may find opportunities as the City moves forward with these repairs. Early engagement is advised as the City plans the execution of this work.
