The City of Pensacola is considering a Right of Entry Agreement for Skanska USA Civil Southeast Inc. concerning the Pensacola Bay Bridge Replacement Project. This agreement would allow Skanska USA Civil Southeast Inc. to access and use a 9.03 acre portion of Wayside Park, located at the north end of the Pensacola Bay Bridge near Gregory Street and Seventeenth Avenue. The purpose of this access is to facilitate the movement of personnel and equipment, including a floating dock, for work related to the bridge project. This item is currently under review and requires coordination with a FEMA-funded seawall repair project also planned for Wayside Park. The scope of work would involve site access, potential temporary staging, and coordination for construction activities.
