3. Skanska USA Civil Southeast Inc. Righ of Entry Agreement

The City of Pensacola has approved a Memorandum of Agreement with Skanska USA Civil Southeast Inc. regarding the use of the Wayside Park Parking Lot. Skanska has paid the City $275,000.00 to complete remaining punch list work. This work includes restoration of the Visitors Center Parking Lot with asphalt, concrete, and striping, sewer force main repairs, irrigation system repairs, and electrical/lighting elements. The project is currently in the approved phase. The scope of work involves site clearing and grading, underground utility work, road and driveway paving, and final landscaping.
