The City of Pensacola is planning a major redevelopment initiative for the former Baptist Hospital campus, a roughly 50-acre site. This project aims to transform the area into a mixed-income, mixed-use neighborhood featuring modern housing, commercial spaces, educational facilities, and community amenities.
