The Rockledge Planning Commission met on June 2, 2026. Two items were discussed for the property at 513 Barton Boulevard. First, a change of zoning classification from C2 General Commercial District to RMU Redevelopment Mixed Use District (ZDA-26-02) was recommended for approval to the City Council. This change was initiated by staff to correct the zoning map. Second, a special exception (SE-25-02) to permit metal exterior and metal buildings in the RMU Redevelopment Mixed Use District was recommended for approval to the Board of Adjustment. Both motions passed with a vote of 6-0. There was no public comment on either item.
