The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) of Titusville is reviewing a Downtown Bicycle and Pedestrian Amenities Strategic Plan. This plan, developed with consultant services funded by the CRA, aims to improve trail connectivity, wayfinding, lighting, trailheads, and economic areas within the CRA District. It also suggests evaluating four corner parcels at the south end of the district as a potential Trail Hub. The plan is currently under review by the CRA Board, with a presentation scheduled for June 9, 2026. Upon acceptance, it will guide future capital improvements, project priorities, and grant funding for phased implementation of trail amenities. This project could lead to work in site preparation, grading, utility installation, paving, lighting, and landscaping as the plan is implemented in phases. Local contractors, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to engage early to understand the phased implementation and potential grant opportunities before final bids and permits are established.
