The City of Titusville Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is reviewing a strategic plan to improve its bicycle and pedestrian network. This plan focuses on five districts: Civic Waterfront, Downtown, Uptown, Midtown, and Historic Residential, covering about 300 acres.
