The Development Review Committee (DRC) of Titusville, Florida, met on May 21, 2026. The committee granted a waiver for DRC#9-2026 at 1090 Garden Street. The waiver allows for reduced parking space dimensions to 9 ft wide and 18 ft long for the re-development of a restaurant. Florida Power & Light (FPL) has been notified to raise the electrical service riser. The motion to approve the waiver passed unanimously.
