A conditional use has been approved to build four one-story buildings totaling 29,760 square feet at 860 West Fairbanks Avenue, the former Orlando RV property. The project also includes approval for alcohol sales. The property currently has Commercial (C-3) zoning. The landowner and developer will dedicate right-of-way on both sides of Fairbanks Avenue to support the city's plan for a westbound left-turn lane onto Denning Drive.
