The Collier County Board of County Commissioners is considering recommendations for several projects and agreements. This includes final acceptance of potable water and sewer utility facilities for Healthcare Network - Orangetree and Pineda Commercial Center. Additionally, there is a recommendation to approve final acceptance of private roadway and drainage improvements for the final plat of Warm Springs and Warm Springs, Phase 2. The Board will also consider approving an agreement for the purchase of a pond site for the Wilson Boulevard Project and a developer agreement for the extension of Veteran’s Memorial Boulevard.
