Collier County is reviewing plans for a new development project, identified as Magnolia Pond PUDA, PL20240010833. This project involves the submission of subdivision Plans and Plat (PPL) and/or Site Development Plan (SDP) applications. During this review, the County Manager or their designee will determine if offsite improvements or upgrades are needed for the wastewater collection/transmission system and the water distribution/transmission system to handle the project's peak flow. Any required improvements will be paid for by the developer and may need to be completed before occupancy permits are issued for parts of the development. This process could involve site clearing, grading, underground utility work, and paving. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to engage early, as this review stage precedes the finalization of site plans, bids, and permits, offering an advantage in securing potential work.
