The Collier MPO is planning to develop Multimodal Transportation Improvement Programs (TIP) for FY 27/28-31/32 and FY 28/29, 32/33. This project involves identifying transportation improvements funded by Federal, State, and local sources, and coordinating with agencies like FDOT. The work will include developing annual project priorities for highway, transit, bicycle, pedestrian, planning, safety, and congestion management projects. It also requires reviewing FDOT work programs for consistency with long-range plans and MPO priorities, preparing and adopting the TIP, and processing amendments. Consultant services will be needed for general staff support. This planning and development phase is early in the public process, with TIP development targeted for June 2027 and June 2028. This project will create opportunities for engineering, planning, and administrative support services.
