Approval and authorization to issue and sign a Purchase Order for the payment to Florida Municipal Insurance Trust in the amount of $142,293 for the additional premium for workers' compensation audit period October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. Adoption and authorization to sign a Resolution authorizing the conveyance of used X-Ray Units (one mobile X-Ray Unit and one handheld Dental X-Ray Unit) to the Wildlife Sanctuary of Northwest Florida. The sanctuary anticipates improved quality and efficiency of care for wildlife patients. [700 BLK Barth Road and 776 Barth Road; case Brickyard Road Drainage Improvement Project] Acceptance of two drainage easements for the Brickyard Road Drainage Improvement Project: one from Cleveland Rufus Campbell, Sr. at 700 BLK Barth Road (0.11 Acres), and another from David R. Wooten & Joan H. Wooten at 776 Barth Road (810 Square Feet). A Temporary Construction Easement is also accepted from David R. Wooten and Joan H. Wooten. Documentary stamps will be paid.
