Highlands County is entering into an agreement with Phillips Environmental, LLC for Disaster Debris Removal and Recovery Services. This agreement follows a competitive solicitation process where Phillips Environmental, LLC submitted one of two responsive bids. The agreement is for an initial term of three years, with potential for two one-year extensions. Phillips Environmental, LLC will perform services on an as-needed basis as described in Exhibit A. This opportunity involves services related to disaster recovery, which could include debris removal, site cleanup, and related logistical support. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers can benefit by reaching out to Phillips Environmental, LLC early, as this is an "as needed" service agreement and specific work orders will be issued based on future events.
