Indian River County is reviewing proposals for infrastructure upgrades. This includes septic-to-sewer projects for Orchid Island Estates and Hobart Landing, identified by project IDs 41.24.507 and 21.24.508. Additionally, there is a plan to procure materials and construct upgrades for Lift Stations 1227 and 1180, with project IDs 21.26.514 and 21.26.516. The Hobart Landing Septic-to-Sewer Project is also under progressive design build services with Amici Engineering Contractors LLC.
