Indian River County's Technical Review Committee will discuss a site plan application for Providence Pointe Recreation. This project proposes to construct a 3,768 square foot racquet pavilion. The pavilion will include a 1,120 square foot fitness center, a 1,120 square foot members lounge with a 286 square foot catering kitchen, and a 152 square foot office.
