The Grace Groves Community Development District is proposing to amend its boundaries by removing approximately 36.69 acres from its current 730.35-acre area. This action would result in an amended district of approximately 693.66 acres. The District plans to continue using its authority to finance, construct, and maintain infrastructure within its boundaries. This infrastructure may include stormwater management, roadways, water and wastewater utilities, gas utilities, hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, amenities, conservation, and off-site improvements. These projects will be funded through special assessment revenue bonds and ongoing maintenance assessments. This boundary amendment is currently under review. The project scope involves planning and potentially constructing new infrastructure, which could include site clearing, grading, utility installation, roadwork, and landscaping. Contractors, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to engage early to understand the scope and potential needs as plans develop before bids and permits are finalized.
