The Martin County Board of County Commissioners met to review several upcoming projects and proposals. Local contractors and suppliers may find future opportunities in the planned Lake Grove Water Main Municipal Service Benefit Unit project. Additionally, proposals for new developments near SW Old St Lucie Road and SW 130th Avenue, and at the intersection of County Road 714 and Martin Highway, could create work for land clearing, utility installation, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping services. A new civic building at the Martin County Fairgrounds is also planned.
