The Community Redevelopment Agency met to review several upcoming projects and budgets. Several potential local business opportunities were discussed, including a mixed-use development near SE Ocean Boulevard and SE Federal Highway, a retail development with 100,000 square feet of space near SE Ocean Boulevard and SE Federal Highway, and a mixed-use development on 1.7 acres near SE Ocean Boulevard and SE Federal Highway. Other projects under review include a 100-unit residential development near County Road 714 and Village Parkway, and a 150-unit apartment development near Main Street and Oak Avenue. The agency also reviewed county maintenance information and its FY 2027 tentative operating budget.
