This legislative matter concerns the status of public housing developments slated for redevelopment. Two separate directives aimed to negotiate lease and development agreements with SG South Miami-Dade Ventures, LLC (for Arthur Mays Villas, Naranja, Modello II, and Pine Island) and PCSH Little River Development, LLC (for Kline Nunn, Little River Plaza, and Little River Terrace) without a competitive process, seeking consent from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
