Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving the issuance of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds by the Miami-Dade County Industrial Development Authority. The bonds will not exceed $26,000,000.00 and will be used to finance and refinance costs of certain health care facilities, fund a debt service reserve, capitalize interest, and pay issuance costs. The project benefits Care Resource Community Health Centers, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation. The project facilities are located in Miami-Dade County and Broward County. A public hearing was held on April 22, 2026. The resolution was adopted on June 2, 2026.
