The County will provide maintenance operations upon completion of the project within the County's right-of-way. The FDOT grant award of $3,548,180 will be incorporated into the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Proposed Budget. The project is part of the County Incentive Grant Program per Section 339.2817, Florida Statutes. The project is a key component of the East-West Corridor Rapid Transit Project. The resolution authorizes the County Mayor or County Mayor's designee to execute the agreement and exercise all provisions, including termination and renewal. The project manager is Joan M.
