Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-460-26, approving the plat of Jackson Hospital. The project is located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 52 South, Range 41 East, in the City of North Miami Beach. The plat consolidates portions of previously recorded plats and closed rights-of-way. The proposed use is a surface parking lot, with existing zoning of CF (Community Facility). All improvements are stated to be in place, with no fiscal impact to the county and no developer obligations. The President and Chief Executive Officer of the Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County is authorized to execute the plat on behalf of the county. The public hearing had no attendees wishing to speak.
