The resolution also approves the Miami-Dade County Opioid Funding Disbursement and Implementation Plan for a term commencing in Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and ending on September 30, 2031, and directs the County Mayor to issue and award an expedited Request for Proposals for mental health and substance use disorder outpatient treatment services, transitional housing and supportive services at the Center.
