The pool was initially established on January 20, 2021, with an allocation of $6,769,000. The extension aims to streamline procurement, reduce administrative burdens, and ensure critical fire rescue apparatus remain operational. Prequalified vendors include Electric Sales and Service, Inc., ETR L.L.C., Matheny Motor Truck Company, Incorporated, North America Fire Equipment Co., Inc, Rosenbauer Minnesota, LLC, South Florida Emergency Vehicles, LLC, and Ten-8 Fire & Safety, LLC. Due diligence on vendors found no adverse findings. Small Business Enterprise measures and Local Preference will be applied at the time of spot market competition.
