Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance to amend the boundaries of the Ojus Sanitary Sewer Special Benefit Area (OSSSBA) by adding one property. This action also ratifies the non-ad valorem assessment roll, rates, and assessments for the OSSSBA for the fiscal year October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The total assessment for the special benefit, including financing charges, is $21,223,217.00 over 28 years. The newly added parcel will have an annual assessment of $0.5656 per square foot. Public hearings were held, and no one came forward to speak or object.
