Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-463-26, approving the plat of Upland West. The project is located in Section 36, Township 53 South, Range 39 East, bounded by NW 17 Street (north), NW 121 Avenue (east), approximately 300 feet north of NW 14 Street (south), and NW 122 Avenue (west).
