Ordinance amending Section 33C-2 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, to add certain private properties to the Metromover Subzone of the Rapid Transit Zone (RTZ). The properties are located at 407 NE 17 Terrace, 1771 and 1783 NE 4 Avenue, and 1795 NE 4 Avenue, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The ordinance was adopted on first reading on June 16, 2026, and scheduled for a public hearing before the Transportation Committee on September 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The applicant/owner requested inclusion in the Metromover Subzone.
