Miami-Dade County Ordinance File Number 260868 amends Sections 31-102 and 31-107 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, revising vehicle age requirements for passenger motor carrier vehicles (PMCs). The ordinance allows PMCs providing circulator or fixed route services to operate up to 20 model years of age or 350,000 miles, whichever comes first. This change was prompted by a resolution from the City of Coral Gables.
