Ordinance amending Section 17-124 of the Code of Miami-Dade County to limit the number of extensions and time granted to developers under the Miami-Dade County Infill Housing Initiative Program. No more than two extensions, each for no more than one year, may be granted by the Board to any developer for any individual property. The Board may grant one additional extension upon a two-thirds vote in cases involving declared emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances, with detailed written justification.
