RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

Miami-Dade County declared certain firefighting equipment surplus and authorized its donation to the municipality of Utica, Cundinamarca, Colombia. The equipment includes 24 jackets, 24 pants, 24 hoods, 24 sets of gloves, 24 pairs of boots, 24 helmets, and 24 ear flaps, all deemed obsolete. The waiver of standard surplus property disposition procedures was approved by a two-thirds vote. The donee is responsible for all transfer costs and must take possession within 90 days.
