RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

Miami-Dade County has declared certain firefighting equipment surplus and authorized its donation to the municipality of Utica, Cundinamarca, Colombia. The equipment, including jackets, pants, hoods, gloves, boots, helmets, and ear flaps, is deemed obsolete and cannot be legally used by other County departments, municipalities within Miami-Dade, or eligible community-based organizations. The donation requires the donee to take possession within 90 days and cover all transfer costs. The resolution was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners.
