Miami-Dade County Commission adopted a resolution approving the issuance of revenue notes not to exceed $40,000,000.00 by the Public Finance Authority on behalf of Sky Harbour Opa Locka Airport, LLC. These funds will finance capital projects at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, including the development of 15 hangars totaling approximately 271,000 square feet, along with related office space and maintenance/repair facilities. The approval is for purposes of federal tax code compliance and Wisconsin state statutes.
