Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance creating the Palm Bay South Multipurpose Maintenance Special Taxing District. This district is established for the maintenance of landscaped swales, medians, common areas, entrance features, wetlands, lakes, and the exterior of fencing or walls abutting public rights-of-way. Services will commence if any association or community development district fails to provide them. The estimated cost for the first year is $51,606.50, and for the second year is $37,853.11. The district is generally bounded by Theoretical SW 215 Street (North), SW 110 Avenue (East), SW 216 Street/Hainlin Drive (South), and Theoretical SW 110 Place (West).
