Resolution approving the First Amendment to a Land Exchange Agreement between Miami-Dade County and the District Board of Trustees of Miami-Dade College. The County conveys 48,456 square feet of land (County Parcel, portion of Folio No. 01-3135-061-0010, located at 1851 NW 9th Avenue, Miami) to the College, in exchange for the College conveying 48,102 square feet of land (College Parcel, portion of Folio No. 01-3135-106-0010, located at 1000 NW 20th Street) to the County for use by the Public Health Trust. The amendment removes the closing condition requiring the Public Health Trust to obtain a No Further Action Letter from DERM, modifies the environmental remediation provision, modifies the closing date definition, defines the effective date of the First Amendment, and requires post-closing cooperation on information exchange.
