Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-645-26 (File Number 260948) approving Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. S-958 with Lanzo Construction Co., Florida. The change order increases the contract amount by $5,411,816.28, from $7,253,128.25 to $12,664,944.53, and grants a 1,000-calendar day non-compensable time extension. The project involves installation of 16-inch, 12-inch, and 8-inch ductile iron water main and 10-inch and 8-inch ductile iron gravity sewer along NW 22nd Avenue from NW 79th Street to NW 90th Street, and an 8-inch ductile iron force main along NW 87th Street.
