The Miami-Dade County Charter Review Task Force Final Report was accepted by the Board of County Commissioners. The Task Force, established by Resolution No. R-225-24, reviewed the Home Rule Charter and recommended eight proposed amendments. Notably, they recommended no amendments affecting the Urban Development Boundary. The Task Force conducted fifteen public meetings and solicited public input. The report was transmitted by the Mayor.
