Resolution approving a license agreement between Miami-Dade County and the City of Homestead for use of the parking lot at Harris Field Park, 1034 N.E. 8 Street, Homestead, Florida, for operation of a mobile spay/neuter clinic by the Miami-Dade County Animal Services Department for $1.00 per year. Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on 7/21/2026. The license term is one year with two one-year renewal options at the City's option. The City is responsible for utility costs. The mobile clinic will be open to the public three times per week. The agreement continues services previously provided at the site since 2016, with prior agreements approved by Resolution R-496-15 and renewed by R-1045-21. The City Council adopted the agreement via Resolution R2026-05-98.
