The Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-611-26 (File Number 261253) on July 21, 2026, approving a 30-year Development Lease Agreement with one five-year renewal option between Miami-Dade County and CR Aviation Leasing, LLC for a 222,870 square foot parcel at Miami Executive Airport.
