The Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-610-26 (File Number 261252) on July 21, 2026, approving a Development Lease Agreement between Miami-Dade County and MQ TMB Holdings, LLC for a 310,026 square foot parcel at Miami Executive Airport.
